These terms apply when you book a cleaning with Swifty House Cleaning ("we", "us", "our"). By booking, you agree to them.
Our service
We provide residential cleaning services. The price shown when you book is based on the information you give us about your home. If your home differs significantly from what was described, we may need to adjust the price and will discuss this with you before starting.
Bookings
- Bookings are made through our online booking form and confirmed by text message
- We require at least 24 hours notice for a booking
- Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance
- Times shown are one hour arrival windows, not exact arrival times
- You do not need to be home, provided we have safe access
Text messaging terms
Program description. Swifty House Cleaning sends transactional text messages to customers about their cleaning bookings, including booking confirmations and appointment details. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
How to opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number on our booking form and actively agreeing to the consent statement shown next to it. Consent is not pre-selected and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on how often you book a cleaning. Most customers receive one message per booking.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving text messages at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment
Payment is due after the cleaning has started. We accept Venmo, Cash App and Zelle. We do not accept cash, checks, or credit and debit cards.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as soon as you can using the details below. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Our responsibilities
We will carry out your cleaning with reasonable care and skill. Our cleaners are background checked and insured. If something is not right, contact us and we will put it right.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your home when booking
- Provide safe access to the property at the agreed time
- Secure or remove valuables and fragile items before we arrive
- Tell us about pets, alarms or anything else we should know
What is not included
Interior window cleaning covers accessible interior glass only. Exterior window cleaning is not included. We do not move heavy furniture or appliances, and we do not clean areas that cannot be reached safely.
